CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order by Chairman Edgar at 3:48 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 300 Centennial Way, Tustin, California. Agency Member Greinke declared a conflict of interest on RedeveloUment Agency matters and left the Council dais. 2. ROLL CALL Agency Members Present: Edgar, Hoesterey, Saltarelli Agency Members Absent: Greinke, Kennedy Others Present: James G. Rourke, City Attorney William A. Huston, Exec. Director/City Manager Mary E. Wynn, Recording Secretary/City Clerk Mike Erotemarkle, Comm. Dev. Director Bob Ledendecker, Director of Public Works Ronald Nault, Finance Director Roy Gonzales, Personnel Director Royleen White, Community Services Director Ken Fleagle, Planning Consultant Jeff Davis, Planning Aide Eva Solis, Deputy City Clerk Approximately 20 in the audience 3. APPROVALOF MINUTES It was moved by Hoesterse, seconded b~ Saltarelli, to approve the minutes of the April 19, 1982, regular meeting. Carried 3-0, Greinke and Kennedy absent. 4. APPR0VALOF DEMANDS It was moved b~ Hoesterey, seconded by Saltarelli, to approve General Demands for the month of March, 1982, in the emoant of $386,459.75 as recommended by the Director of Finance. Motion carried 3-0, Greinke and Kennedy absent. 81 5. BID AWARD-- EL CAMINO REAL & SIXTH STREET SIGNAL PROJECT Bids for subject project were received as follows: William R. Hahn, Corona $49,428.00 Steiny & Company, Inc., An&helm $50,840.00 Grissom a Johnson, Inc., Santa An& $51,124.00 Baxter-Griffin COmpany, Inc., Stanton $51,464.00 Paul Gardner Corporation, Ontario $54,978.00 The low bid is 3.5% below the Engineerrs estimate of $51,300.00, with $53,~00.00 in RDA funds budgeted for the project. AS recommended in the report dated April 28, 1982, prepared by the Engineering Division, it was moved by Hoesterey, seconded by Saltarelli, to award the contract for sub- ject project to the low bidder, William R. Hahn, Corona, in the amount of $49,428.00. Carried 3-0, Greinke and Kennedy absent. 94 6. AGENCY CONCERNS - None. 7. ADJOURNMENT It was moved by Hoesterey, seconded by Saltarelli, to adjourn at 3:49 p.m. to the next regular meeting on May ~7, ~982. Carried 3-0, Greinke and Kennedy absent.
