MILLER COMMUNITY CENTER Mrs. Kennedy had several questions regarding the use and fees of the Community Center, the first of which was perhaps we should have a new classification that would allow local businesses with non-local owners to have the same rights as residents. After some discussion, it was the consensus of opinion of the Council that local businesses with non-local owners should have the same rights and fees for the CCMCC as residents. However, this should not apply to fees for recreation classes.
