A particular firm or corporation could obtain their own land and then propose a development to the Redevelopment Agency and seek its endorsement as an exclusive agent. Council discussed needs for such a development, possible sites for senior citizen housing including E1 Camino Real, Second Street and other alternatives presented. Council concurred that there be a staff study of feasibility of the E1 Camino, Second Street area becoming project site and then consider appointing exclusive agent. Mr. Tony Coco asked if package presented to Council had been made available to developers or agents and spoke for continu- ance of this matter. Copy of report given to Mr. Coco.
