continued to the September 17, 2013, meeting of the Tustin City Council. A copy of the
applicants' request for the continuance is attached.

Re: CUP 2012 -10
Dear Elizabeth,
Due to personal and professional circumstances beyond our control, Lindburgh and I are
respectfully requesting a continuance of our application CUP 2012 -10 until the
September 17, 2013 meeting before the City of Tustin's, City Council. We feel this will
allow ample time for us to focus our efforts on addressing issues, which are personally
affecting us.
Additionally, we wish to be able to professionally present our application for the Wilcox
Manor Conditional use permit to the City Council without the impact that personal and
professional challenges can present. We feel strongly that the time frame requested will
allow for sufficient time to resolve the issues we are facing and be prepared for the
meeting date in September.
