ROLL CALL Members Present: Jeffery M. Thomas, Chair Thomas R. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - SEPTEMBER 2, 1997 SPECIAL MEETING It was moved by Worley, seconded by Doyle, to approve the Tustin Public Financing Authority Minutes of September 2, 1997. Motion carried 5-0.
