RECOMMENDATION: Confirm and approve as submitted the following demands listing in accordance with Government Code Section 37208. Under this procedure, each purchase is not only reviewed at the time the purchase order is issued, but is reviewed by the Finance Department prior to payment of the invoice from the vendor to insure that it conforms to the approved budget.
