Nault, Finance Direct(~,~-/L.___..----~--'" SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION - CIP FUND SUMMARY: Continuing analysis of the City's Capital Improvement Fund indicates that a supplemental appropriation is necessary to complete several carryover projects. RECOMMENDATION: Appropriate $252,000 from the unappropriated reserves of the Capital Improvement Fund and aPply to the following accounts: $ 93,150 Project # 1032 66,350 Project # 1033 90,300 Project # 1538 2,200 Project # 7159 Major Building Maintenance Fuel Tank Removal and Replacement Jamboree Road Irrigation System East Tustin Landscape Replacement FISCAL IMPACT: The projected 06/30/00 unappropriated reserves of the Capital Improvement Fund will be adjusted by this appropriation for a revised projected balance of $8 million. DISCUSSION: The projects listed above were originally appropriated in prior years but were not completed in the same budget period and will require a carryover appropriation. The original analysis indicated the projects were complete but subsequent analysis indicates ongoing activity in these projects.
