Dear Mayor Wills Wodey and Council Members,
High School Graduation Day, June 16, 2000 will be here before you J~now it and the Foothill High
School Grad Night committee is hard at work to make Grad Night 2000 the best ever! Grad Night is a
safe and fun all night extravaganza where senior classmates will celebrate the past 12 years of school.
Everything the seniors will need is provided for the pdce of a ticket. They will be supervised, fed,
transported and entertained. This year's party will be held at Palace Park in Irvine. Grad night is a major
event that requires months of planning, designi~ and manufacturing using thousands of dollars. Our
goal is to produce a safe and' once in a lifetime celebration for the high school seniors of our
community. We need your help. In past years you have generously donated $2,500. Thank you for
your consideration in making a donation this year for Foothill High School Grad Night 2000. I will be
attending the April 3, 20.00 Council Meeting to address any questions the Council may have.
Sincerely,
Marsha Lambert
