ORDINANCE N0. 92
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TUSTIN REGULATING THE USE
AND MAINTENANCE OF SWIMMING POOLS
The City Council of the City of Tustin does
ordain as follows;
Section 1. A swimming pool shall not be located
nearer than five (.5+) feet to any setback line established shed by

both such fine and imprisonment.
Section 7. The City Clerk shall certify to the :
passage of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be
published once in the Tustin News, a newspaper of general
circulation, printed and published in the City ' of Tustin,

The above and foregoing ordinance was duly and
regularly introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Tustin held on the 11th day of April, 1955, and
was duly passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City
Council held on the 25th day of April, 1955, by the following
vote:
AYES: Councilmen: Sauers, Kidd, Bacon, Park and Tadlqpk
