Tustin Legacy Park Master Plan Process
• Conceptual Design
1. Amend agreement with park architect to include extra work
($10,000 - $30,000)
2. Move amenities to mitigate soil issues from former military use
(possibly)
3. Navy approval of concept and mitigation strategy
4. On-site public workshops to review and comment on proposed
conceptual design
5. Possible refinement of conceptual design from public workshop
input and feedback
6. Present preferred conceptual design to Community Services
Commission for review and approval
7. Present preferred conceptual design to City Council for review and
approval
8. Select architectural firm to draft construction drawings
