A RESOLUTION OF THE TUSTIN COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF
3 THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, MODIFYING THE DESIGNATED
POSITIONS CONTAINED IN THE CONFLICT OF INTEREST CODE

The Redevelopmerit Agency of the City of Tustin does hereby resolve:

A. That the Appendix of the Conflict of Interest Code, approved by the
7 Redevelopment Agency with the adoption of Resolution No. RDA 98-1,
8 should be modified and updated to reflect the following additional
position, which involves the making or participation in the making of
9 decisions which may foreseeably have a material effect on a financial
interest of the official: Project Area Committee Member.

i I B. That the revised Appendix, attached hereto, be approved and the Conflict
of Interest Code be modified accordingly.
C. That pursuant to Section 4 of the ConfliCt of Ioterest Code of the Tustin
-Community Redevelopment Agency, all persons occupying a Designated
i~, Position shall file Statements of Economic Interests with the City Clerk of
.the City of Tustin as required: assuming position, annually, and leaving
15 position.

Redevelopment Program Manager
Redevelopment Project Manager
Project Area Committee Member
Consultants: The Agency Executive Director shall determine on a case-by-case
basis whether a particular consultant is required to comply with the disclosure
requirements listed above. If the Agency Director determines that a particular
consultant must comply with the above disclosure requirements, the Agency
Director shall notify the consultant in writing. The written notification shall
iriclude a description of the consultant's duties and, based upon those duties,
a statement of the extent of the disclosure requir'ements. The Agency
Director's notification is a public record and shall be retained for public
inspection.
DISCLOSURE CATEGORIES: The foregoing positions (Consultants excluded)
will be assigned Disclosure Categories of I, II, and III.
Category I: Investment and Real Property Disclosure.
Category I1: Personal Income Disclosure.
Category Ill: Business Income, Commissions and Position Disclosure.

Pamela Stoker, Recording Secretary of the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of
Tustin, California, does hereby certify that the whole number of the members of the
Community Redevelopment Agency is five; that the above and foregoing resolution was passed
and adopted at a regular meeting of the Tustin Community Redevelopment Agency held on
the 3rd day of January, 2000, by the following vote:
