RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the City Council adopt Resolution No. 00-60 approving Program

BACKGROUND
On February 16, 1999, the City Council approved the Administering Agency-State Master
Agreement No. 12-5271 which covers the general requirements of all Federal-aid projects.
Program supplements to the Master Agreement formalize the financial responsibilities and
provisions for each specific Federal-aid funded project. City Council approval of Program
Supplement Agreement No. M002 is required for the reimbursement of Federal funds for
construction engineering and construction for the Prospect Avenue Rehabilitation Project
between First Street and Irvine Boulevard (CIP No. 7161).
The Program Supplement Agreement has been reviewed and approved as to form by the
Attorney.
