To City Council:
As Halloween is approaching, rapidly we again need your generous funding to host our
fifth annual Tiller Trick or Treat. In the past you have magnanimously donated $2500
and without your help the Tiller. Trick or Treat would not be such a great success for our
community's children. Upon writing this letter we request to be placed on your agenda.
Thank you for your time and courtesy.
