APPROVAL OF MINUTES- OCTOBER 16, 2000 REGULAR MEETING It was moved by Saltarelli, seconded by Wodey, to approve the Redevelopment Agency Minutes of October 16, 2000. Motion carried 4-0, Potts absent. . ALLOCATION OF REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY FUNDS AS REQUIRED MATCHING FUNDS AND LEVERAGE FOR HOME INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM (HOME) FUNDS FROM CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT (HCD) Minutes - Redevelopment Agency - November 6, 2000 - Page I It was moved by Salta~. , seconded by Wodey, to adopt tI,,. ,oilowing Resolution No. RDA 00-7 authorizing the allocation of up to $366,072 from Low-Moderate Income Housing Set- Aside Funds to provide the required 25% matching and leveraged funds required in connection with HOME activities: RESOLUTION NO. RDA 00-7 - A RESOLUTION OF THE TUSTIN COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE USE OF LOW-MODERATE INCOME HOUSING SET-ASIDE FUNDS AS CASH LEVERAGE IN CONNECTION WITH HOME INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM ACTIVITIES. Motion carried 4-0, Potts absent. OTHER BUSINESS - None CLOSED SESSION - None ADJOURNMENT- Chair Thomas adjourned the meeting at 10:15 p.m. The next regular meeting of the Redevelopment AgencY was scheduled for Monday, November 20, 2000, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber at 300 Centennial Way.
