REGULAR MEETING OF THE TUSTIN COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA
NOVEMBER 6, 2000
CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Chair Thomas at 10:15 p.m. at the Council Chamber, 300
Centennial Way, Tustin, California.

1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES- OCTOBER 16, 2000 REGULAR MEETING
It was moved by Saltarelli, seconded by Wodey, to approve the Redevelopment Agency
Minutes of October 16, 2000.
Motion carried 4-0, Potts absent.

ALLOCATION OF REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY FUNDS AS REQUIRED MATCHING
FUNDS AND LEVERAGE FOR HOME INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM (HOME)
FUNDS FROM CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT (HCD)

It was moved by Salta~. , seconded by Wodey, to adopt tI,,. ,oilowing Resolution No. RDA
00-7 authorizing the allocation of up to $366,072 from Low-Moderate Income Housing Set-
Aside Funds to provide the required 25% matching and leveraged funds required in
connection with HOME activities:
RESOLUTION NO. RDA 00-7 - A RESOLUTION OF THE TUSTIN COMMUNITY
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING
THE USE OF LOW-MODERATE INCOME HOUSING SET-ASIDE FUNDS AS CASH
LEVERAGE IN CONNECTION WITH HOME INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM
ACTIVITIES.
Motion carried 4-0, Potts absent.

ADJOURNMENT- Chair Thomas adjourned the meeting at 10:15 p.m. The next regular
meeting of the Redevelopment AgencY was scheduled for Monday, November 20, 2000, at 7:00
p.m. in the Council Chamber at 300 Centennial Way.
