"Section l_�: The City Council shall, a' its first

percent of taxes levied for all m-unicipal pur,oses for that fis—
cal year, designating the numtCer of cents on each one hundred
($100.00) dollars of propertu assessable for city taxation par—
poses for each of the various municipal funds, not to exceed in
the aggregate the limits fixed by la,."
Section 3: That all. ordinances or parts of ordinanc.es
to the extent that the sarze conflict herewith are, to that ex—
tent, hereby repealed.
Section 4: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage
of this ordinance, and cause the same to be published once in the
Tustin PTe:=rs, a I'�eekly newspaper of general circulation printed,
published and circulated in the City of Tustin, and said ordinance
shall take effect thirty (30) drys from the date of its final
passage.
