AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF7USTIN FIXING
AND DETERMINING THE NUMBER OF CENTS ON
EACH ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS OF THE ASSESSED
VALUATION OF THE EAXABLE PROPERTY WITHIN THE
CITY OF TUSTIN TO BE LEVIED AND COLLECTED
AS A REVENUE TO PAY THE GENERAL RUNNING
EXPENSES OF SAID CITY, AND THE BONDED AND
OTHER INDEBTEDNESS OF SAID CITY DIRING THE FISCAL
YEAR 3935-1936.
The City Council of the City of Tustin do ordain
as follows:
SECTION 1: It is hereby determined that the sum
of One hundred and twenty (9p1.20) Cents upon each
One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) of the assessed valuation.of
all the taxable property within the City of Tustin is re-
quired for the purpose of providing a revenue to meet the
general expenses of the said City for the fiscal year 1935-
1936, and to pay the bonded and other indebtedness of said
City, and the proper officers are hereby directed to levy
and collect the said sum of One hundred and Twenty
{1,20) Cents on each One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars of the
assessed valuation of all the taxable property within said
City as assessed by the Assessor of the City of Tustin for
the fiscal year 1935-1936.
SECTION 2: That the revenue raised through the
collection'of taxes as aforesaid, shall be, and is hereby
allocated as follows:
The sum collected upon One Hundred 01.001
Cents thereof, to the general fund;
The sum collected upon Twenty (9$.20)Cents
thereof, to the Municipal Improvement Bonds of 1930, Bonded
Indebtedness Fund.
SECTION 3: The City Clerk shall cause this ordin-
ance to be published once in !The Tustin News", a weekly
newspaper printed and published in the City of Tustin, County
of Orange, State of Califronia, and thereupon and thereafter
the same shall be in full force and effect.

yced at a regular meeting ofrcthe City Council of the City of
Tustin held on the 19th day of August, 1935; and was finally
passed at a regular meetin4 of said.City Council held on the
3rd day of September, 1930; by the following vote, to -wit:
AYES: Councilmen: Logan, Kiser Pieper and
Huntley
NOES: Councilmen: None

The foregoing ordinance is hereby approved this
3rd day of September, 1935•
