MINUTES
REGULAR MEETING OF THE TUSTIN COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA
NOVEMBER 1, 1999
CALL TO ,ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Chair Worley at 8'30 p.m. at the Council Chamber, 300
Centennial Way, Tustin, California.

REGULAR BUSINESS (ITEMS 1 THROUGH 2)
1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES- OCTOBER 18, 1999 REGULAR MEETING
It was moved by Potts, seconded by Thomas, to approve the Redevelopment Agency
Minutes of October 18, 1999.
Motion carried 5-0.

2. RESOLUTION NO. RD~ :~9-2
It was moved by Potts, seconded by Thomas, to adopt the following Resolution No.
RDA 99-2, and authorize the Executive Director to execute a Quitclaim Deed and the
assignment of the leases for the Tustin Family and Youth Center property:
RESOLUTION NO. RDA 99-2 A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, FINDING THAT
THE PURPOSE OF THE SOUTH CENTRAL REDEVELOPMENT PLAN WILL BE
FURTHERED BY A TRANSFER OF PROPERTY TO THE CITY, APPROVING THE
QUITCLAIM DEED CONVEYANCE OF THE TUSTIN FAMILY AND YOUTH .CENTER
PROPERTY, AND THE ASSIGNMENT OF LEASES IN CONNECTION THERETO
Motion carried 5-0.
OTHER BUSINESS
El-Toro Airport Councilmember Potts requested the City Council consider joining
both airport groups, ETRPA as well as OCRAA, for information gathering purposes.
Halloween Event- Councilmember Potts commended staff and the Parks and
Recreation Commission for a successful Halloween event and contest.
Parks Report- Councilmember Potts commended the Director of Parks and
Recreation Services for an excellent report on parks.
Jane Anderson- Councilmember Potts reported that Jane Anderson, long-time City
Council meeting attendee, would be moving out of the City and commended her for
dedication to the community.
CLOSED SESSION -None
ADJOURNMENT- Chair Worley adjourned the meeting at 8:35 p.m. The next regular
meeting of the Redevelopment Agency was scheduled fo.r Monday, November 15, 1999, at
7:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber at 300 Centennial Way.
