APPROVAL OF MINUTES- NOVEMBER 15, 1999 REGULAR MEETING
Recommendation: Approve the Redevelopment Agency Minutes of November. 15,
1999.
APPROVAL OF DEMANDS
Recommendation: Approve Demands in the amount of $1,418,813.81.
SECOND FIVE-YEAR IMPLEMENTATION PLAN FOR THE TOWN CENTER AND
SOUTH/CENTRAL REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREAS
Recommendation: Continue this item to the January 17, 2000 meeting of the
Tustin Community Redevelopment Agency as recommended by Redevelopment
staff.
1998-99 ANNUAL REPORT
Redevelopment Law requires that the Redevelopment Agency submit to the
legislative body an annual report for the preceding fiscal year. Redevelopment
Agency staff has prepared and submitted subject report to the City Council.
Recommendation: Receive and file the Annual Report for 1998-99 as
recommended by the Redevelopment Agency staff.
PURCHASE OF PROPERTIES AT 14741 AND 14751 NEWPORT AVENUE
This action requests certification of a Negative Declaration and approval of a
Purchase and Sale Agreement for properties located at 14741 and 14751 Newport
Avenue plus ancillary actions.
Recommendation by the Redevelopment Agency staff:

1. Adopt the following Resolution No. RDA 99-3 certifying the Final Negative
Declaration for acquisition of the properties at 14741 and 14751 Newport
Avenue:
RESOLUTION NO.' RDA 99-3 - A RESOLUTION OF THE TUSTIN COMMUNITY
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA,
CERTIFYING THE FINAL NEGATIVE DECLARATION AS ADEQUATE IN
ACCORDANCE WITH CEQA FOR THE PURCHASE OF PROPERTIES LOCATED AT
14741 AND 14751 NEWPORT AVENUE
2. Approve the Purchase and Sale Agreement by and between Dennis S. Smith
and the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Tustin for the
properties located at 14741 and 14751 Newport Avenue and authorize the
Assistant City Manager to execute said Agreement.
3. Appropriate $715,000.00 from the South 'Central Redevelopment Project Low
and Moderate Income Housing Set-Aside Fund to be used for acquisition of the
subject property.
4. Authorize the Assistant City Manager to execute all escrow documents and
enter into a property management agreement for leasing, management and
maintenance of the subject properties, subject to approval by the City Attorney.

ADJOURNMENT- The December 20, 1999, Redevelopment Agency meeting has been
cancelled. The next regular meeting of the Redevelopment Agency is scheduled for
Monday, January 3, 2000, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber at 300 Centennial Way.
