NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Tustin hereby resolves as follows: Section 1. The above recitals are true and correct. Section 2. The City Council finds it necessary and convenient that public streets be constructed on and over certain property belonging to the City and the Department of the Navy and situated in the City. Section 3. That the property shown attached hereto as Exhibit "A" describing and Exhibit "B" depicting portions of Tustin Ranch Road, Legacy Road, Park Avenue, Valencia Avenue, Moffett Avenue, Warner Avenue, and Armstrong Avenue is hereby dedicated, accepted, and set apart for public street purposes, which, upon completion of improvements to the satisfaction of the City Engineer, shall be considered by the City Council for acceptance into the City's system of streets.
