CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 02-004 AND DESIGN REVIEW 02-008 A REQUEST
TO CONSTRUCT A 1,320 SQUARE FOOT CHOIR ROOM EXPANSION AT AN
EXISTING CHURCH FACILITY. THIS PROJECT IS LOCATED AT 1201 IRVINE
BOULEVARD IN THE PUBLIC AND INSTITUTIONAL (P&I) ZONING DISTRICT.
