OF THE OFFICIAL BONDS REQUIRED OF THE FIR">T THREE
OFFICIALS NATi'IED.
The B oard of Trustees and City Council of the City of
Tustin do ordain as follows:
Section 1. The clerk, treasurer, marshall, and recorder, 4
shall severall receive compensation at the rote per month, as,
follows: Clerk $ 50.00 Treasurer $ 1.00 Marshall
$150.00 � and Recorder $10�� each respectively.
Section 2. The clerk, treasurer, and marshall, respectively,
before entering upon the duties of their respective offices shAll
each execute a bond to said City in the following penal sums:
Clerk $1,000.00, treasurer $1,000.00,.marshall $19^00.00.
Section 3. T his ordinance is an ordinance for the immediate
preservation of the public peace, health and safet., and the facts
consituting its urgency are declared to be as follows:
fes. The City of Tustin has just been incorporated and it is imperative
that the salary and the official bonds of the clerk, treasurer,
marshall, and recorder be fixed without delay, in order that said
Officials may enter upon the duties of their offices in a lawful
manner; for which reason this ordinance shrill go into full force
and effect immediately upon its final passage.
Section 4. This ordinance is an ordinance for the immediate
