The project will provide for the demolition and construction of restroom facilities at Peppertree and Magnolia Tree Parks. All facilities are designed to meet ADA guidelines. To take advantage of the economics of scale, the two projects are being bid together. In addition to an enlarged restroom facility, the project at Peppertree Park includes several other related improvements. A multi-purpose raised band shell structure is proposed to provide a performance area for the summer concert series and other special events. The structure can also be used as a picnic shelter. !
