MINUTES
REGULAR MEETING OF THE TUSTIN COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY

CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Chair Worley at 8:08 p.m. at the Council Chamber, 300
Centennial Way, Tustin, California.

:!.. APPROVAL OF MINUTES- JUNE 21, 1999 REGULAR MEE-I'~NG
It was moved by Pot-ts, seconded by Doyle, to approve the Redevelopment Agency Minutes
of June 21, 1999.
Motion carried 4-0, Saltarelli absent.
2. APPROVAL OF DEMANDS
It was moved by Potts, seconded by Doyle, to approve .Demands in the amount of
$80,785.85.
Motion carried 4-0, Saltarelli, absent.

3. AUTHORIZATION TO CONTINUE OPERATION FOR FISCAL YEAR 1999-00
It was moved by Ports, seconded by Doyle, to authorize the Executive Director to continue
fiscal operations for 1999-00 at an appropriation level not to exceed that of 1998-99 until
such time as the budget process can be completed.
Motion carried 4-0, Saltarelli absent.
OTHER BUSINESS - None
CLOSED SESSION
Chair Worley announced that the Redevelopment Agency would convene in closed session to '
confer with the Agency's real property negotiator, Christine Shingleton, pursuant to Government
Code Section 54956.8 regarding properb/ located at 14741 and 14751 Newport Avenue. The
negotiating parties were the Tustin Community Redevelopment Agency and Mr. Dennis $. Smith.
Instructions to the negotiator concerned terms and conditions of acquisition.
AD.1OURNMENT
Chair Worley adjourned the meeting at 8:08 p.m. The next regular meeting of the
Redevelopment Agency was scheduled for Monday, July 19, 1999, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council
Chamber at 300 Centennial Way.
