RECOMMENDATION It is recommended that the City Council adopt Resolution No 99-50 accepting an Offer of Dedication for property on Myford Road between E1 Camino Real and the Santa Ana (I-5) Freeway. FISCAL IMPACT There is a negligible fiscal impact to the City with the acceptance of this Offer of Dedication. maintenance responsibilities by the City may occur. Some minor BACKGROUND In September 1988, the City received an Offer of Dedication from the Irvine Company for property on Myford Road between E1 Camino Real and the Santa Ana (I-5) Freeway for public street, highway, utility and other public purposes. This fulfilled a Condition of Approval for development in the East Tustin area at the time. DISCUSSION The City has determined that now is the appropriate time for the City Council to accept the Offer of Dedication. This will transfer ownership as well as responsibilities and privileges of this property to the City of Tustin. Tim D. The City Clerk is hereby directed to record this resolution accepting the Offer of Dedication with the County Recorder's office of the County of Orange.
