2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF

3 REPORT (EIR) FOR THE PACIFIC CENTER EAST SPECIFIC
PLAN (FINAL EIR 90-1) IS ADEQUATE TO SERVE AS THE
4 PROGRAM EIR FOR THE APPROVAL OF THE DISPOSITION AND
DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT BY AND AMONG THE TUSTIN
5 COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, THE CITY OF TUSTIN,

12 Corporation and Micro Electronics, Inc. is
considered a "projects" pursuant to the terms of
13 the California Environmental Quality Act; and
14 B. That the project is covered by a previously
certified Final Environmental Impact Report for the
, 15 Pacific Center East Specific Plan which serves as a
Program EIR for the proposed project.

II. The Pacific Center East Specific Plan Final Environmental
17 Impact Report (90-1), previously certified on December
