REGULAR MEETING OF THE TUSTIN COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY

CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Chair Saltarelli at 7:23 p.m. at 'the Council Chamber, 300
Centennial Way, Tustin, California.

REGULAR BUSINESS (ITEMS I THROUGH 3)
1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES- NOVEMBER 2, 1998 REGULAR MEETING
It was moved by Potts, seconded by Thomas, to approve the Redevelopment Agency
Minutes of November 2, 1998.
Motion carried 4-0, Worley absent.
2. APPROVAL OF DEMANDS
It was moved by Potts, seconded by Thomas, to approve Demands in the amount of
$1,065,315.76.
Motion carried 4-0, Worley absent.

SUPPLEMENTAL SERVICES FOR PREPARATION OF A BUSINESS AND
DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE MCAS TUSTIN PRO]ECT
It was moved by Potts, seconded by Thomas, to authorize the Assistant City Manager to
execute a Consultant Services Agreement with Economic and Planning Systems for
supplemental services for completion of a Business and Development Plan, subject to
approval of the contract by the City Attorney.
Motion carried 4-0, Worley absent.
OTHER BUSINESS
DECEMBER 21, 1998 COUNCIL MEETING
Agencymember Ports questioned if a second Council meeting in December would be held.
William Huston, Executive Director, responded that Council may need to meet in closed
session and the Council would be informed at a later date
CLOSED SESSION - None
AD3OURNMENT
Chair Saltarelli adjourned the meeting at 7:25 p.m. The next regular meeting of the
Redevelopment Agency was scheduled for Monday, December 7, :[998, at 7:00 p.m. in the
Council Chamber at 300 Centennial Way.
