RECOMMENDATION:
That the Planning Commission adopt Resolution No. 3848 recommending that
the Tustin City Council approve Zone Change 02-006, amending the Tustin
Zoning Map and amending the Tustin City Code by adding Section 9246
establishing the MCAS Tustin Specific Plan District (SP-1 Specific Plan) zoning
designation and regulations.

CODE AMENDMENT 02-007 (ASSEMBLY USES IN INDUSTRIALLY ZONED
AREAS) RELATING TO THE PROHIBITION OF ASSEMBLY USES IN THE
INDUSTRIAL ZONING DISTRICTS.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the Planning Commission continue this item to the December 9, 2002,
Planning Commission meeting.
