BACKGROUND
This project provides for a pedestrian bridge across the Santa Ana-Santa Fe (F- 10) Flood Control Channel

These improvements provide continuous pedestrian and bicycle access along the west side of Red Hill
Avenue thereby relieving pedestrians and bicyclists from having to walk into the roadway. As part of these
improvements, the sidewalk on the east side of' Red Hill Avenue has been closed to pedestrian traffic and
signs have been installed to direct pedestrians to use the west side of Red Hill Avenue in this area.
