PUBLIC HEARING:
1. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 2013-08:
A request to establish and operate a
fitness center located within an existing 2,838 square foot tenant space.

STATUS: THIS PROJECT IS CATEGORICALLY EXEMPT
(CLASS 1) PURSUANT TO SECTION 15301 OF THE
CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the Zoning Administrator adopt Zoning Administrator Action No. 13-007
approving Conditional Use Permit 2013-08 to establish and operate a fitness
center within an existing 2,838 square foot tenant space located at 2865 El
Camino Real.
The Acting Zoning Administrator called the meeting to order.

The Acting Zoning Administrator stated she had reviewed the report, and briefly
summarized the contents of the report for the record.
The Acting Zoning Administrator asked if the applicants had read and understood
the conditions of approval, and opened the public hearing.
The public hearing opened at 10:43.
Peter Pirzadeh and Peter Kolibaba were the applicants present. Mr.
Pirzadeh stated he had reviewed and understood the conditions of
approval. He noted for the record that his associates would be working with
staff to address Condition of Approval 3.1. He then thanked staff for their
work.
The public hearing closed at 10:44.
The Acting Zoning Administrator approved Zoning Administrator Action No.
13-007, thereby approving Conditional Use Permit 2013-08.

None.

10:45 a.m.
The date of the next meeting of the Zoning Administrator will be scheduled
when items are set for hearing.
