1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES- APRIL 20, 1998 REGULAR MEETING
Recommendation: Approve the Redevelopment Agency Minutes of April 20, 1998,
2. APPROVAL OF DEMANDS
Recommendation: Approve Demands in the amount of $75,510.79.

AUTHORIZATION FOR cONSULTANT SERVICES TAIT & ASSOCIATES
Authorization for consultant services with TAIT & Associates of Orange, California,
related to Marine Corps Air Facility Tustin.

Recommendation: Authorize the Assistant City Manager to execute a Professional
Services Agreement with TAIT & Associates subject to approval by the City
Attorney of the City's standard contract as recommended by the Assistant City
Manager.
SOLICITATION OF OWNER PARTICIPATION IN CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN
THE PACIFIC CENTER EAST PLANNING AREA 2
The Redevelopment Agency has received a request from a property owner located
in Planning Area 2 of the Pacific center East Specific Plan area expressing a desire
to pursue the development of Planning Area 2 in conjunction with the. Agency and
other property owners in the area.
Recommendation: Authorize staff to transmit Statements of Interest to property
owners and business occupants for the area identified as Planning Area 2 of the
Pacific Center EaSt Specific Plan as recommended by the Redevelopment staff.

EXTENSION OF E^~.LUSIVE AGREEMENT TO NL.~OTIATE: FORD FAMILY
TRUST PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE VICINITY OF SIXTH STREET AND EL
CAMINO REAL ~'
Authorization for extension of exclusive negotiations with .DeBeikes Investment
Company.
Recommendation: Authorize the Assistant City Manager to execute a 90-day
extension for the period of negotiations under the Exclusive Agreement to
Negotiate with DeBeikes Investment Company as recommended by the
Redevelopment staff.
OTHER BUSINESS
CLOSED SESSION The Redevelopment Agency shall convene in closed session
pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8 to confer with the Agency's real property
negotiator regarding 120 - 250 Sixth Street, Tustin, California. The negotiating parties
are the Tustin Community Redevelopment Agency and DeBeikes Investment CO.
Instructions to the negotiator shall concern price and terms of payment.
ADJOURNMENT The next regular meeting of the Redevelopment Agency is
scheduled for Monday, May 18, 1998, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at 300
Centennial Way.
