PROGRESS REPORT ON CEDAR GROVE PARK (PROJECT NO. 400041)
AND HERITAGE PARK (PROJECT NO 400042)
RECOMMENDATION:
Receive and file.
BACKGROUND:
The City Council has requested monthly progress reports on the stares of Heritage
Park and Cedar Grove Park. As of this date, the parks are proceeding as follows:
Cedar Grove Park ~roject No. 400041)
The overall project is approximately 99% Complete. Ptmchlist inspection was
conducted April 1, 1998.
The following are complete:
1. Playground
2. Hardscape
3. Restroom Building
4. Tree Planting
5. Shrub Planting
6. Irrigation System
7. Park Lighting
8. Water Feature
Remaining work includes:
1. Stolonization- Planting hybrid Bermuda stolons onthe play field
2. Signs
3. Punchlist Items
4. 904ay Maintenance Period.
Heritage Park (Project No. 400042)
1. Over excavation and.rough grading are in progress.
2. Most of the building materials have been submi'tted for review.
3. Progress has'been slow due to E1Nino rains. Project is approximately 40-45
days delayed due to rain.
