CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 2013-14: A request to authorize (1) a commercial recreational facility providing art classes and (2) allow alcoholic beverage sales of beer and wine for on-site consumption (ABC license type 42) within an existing tenant space located at 2479 Park Avenue. RECOMMENDATION: That the Zoning Administrator adopt Zoning Administrator Action No. 13-010 approving Conditional Use Permit 2013-06 to establish and operate an adult daycare facility utilizing joint use parking located at 111 Fashion Lane.
