Binsack, Zoning Administrator PUBLIC CONCERNS: (Limited to 3 minutes per person for items not on the agenda) CONSENT CALENDAR: None No Items on Consent Calendar PUBLIC HEARING: 1. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 2013-12: A request to authorize on-site beer and wine sales (ABC license type 41) in conjunction with a restaurant located at 17292 McFadden Ave., Suite D. APPLICANT: ALICIA REYNOSO EL HABANERO MEXICAN FOOD 17292 McFADDEN AVE., SUITE D TUSTIN, CA 92780 PROPERTY ROMA JUNG TRUST 2705 CARDINAL DRIVE COSTA MESA, CA 92626 PROJECT LOCATION: 17292 McFADDEN AVE., SUITE D ENVIRONMENTAL STATUS: THIS PROJECT IS CATEGORICALLY EXEMPT (CLASS 1) PURSUANT TO SECTION 15301 OF THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT. RECOMMENDATION: That the Zoning Administrator adopt Zoning Administrator Action No. 13-012 approving Conditional Use Permit 2013-12 to establish and operate an on- site alcoholic beverage sales in conjunction with a restaurant within an existing 1,160 square-foot tenant space located at 17292 McFadden Ave., Suite D. Zoning Administrator Agenda November 4, 2013 Page 2 The Zoning Administrator called the meeting to order. It was noted that there were no members of the public present to express public concerns. The Zoning Administrator stated she had reviewed the staff report and conditions of approval and had no concerns at this time. The Zoning Administrator asked the applicant if she had reviewed the conditions of approval and understood them. The public hearing was opened at 10:32 a.m. The applicant, Alicia Reynoso was present, and her son, Leopoldo Galina spoke on her behalf due to a language barrier. Mr. Galina stated Ms. Reynoso had reviewed the conditions of approval and had no questions or concerns at this time. The public hearing closed at 10:33 a.m. The Zoning Administrator approved Zoning Administrator Action (ZAA) 2013- 012 thereby approving Conditional Use Permit 2013-12. REGULAR BUSINESS: None ADJOURNMENT: 10:35 a.m. The date of the next meeting of the Zoning Administrator will be scheduled when items are set for hearing.
