REGULAR BUSINESS:
1. DESIGN REVIEW 2013-013 and MINOR ADJUSTMENT 2013-005:
A request to 1) authorize approval to decrease the required parking by one (1)
garage space; and 2) approval to reconstruct the rear of a residence including
nd
kitchen, master bedroom, and bathroom and adding a new 2 story with two
bedrooms and one bathroom at an existing residence located at 175 N. C
Street.

RECOMMENDATION:
That the Zoning Administrator adopt Zoning Administrator Action (ZAA) 13-
011, approving Design Review (DR) 2013-013 and Minor Adjustment (MA)
2013-005 to: 1) reduce the required residential parking by one garage space
to maintain the original one-car garage, and 2) reconstruct the rear of an
existing residence including a kitchen, master bedroom, master bath, and
nd
add a new 2 story level including two (2) bedrooms and one (1) bathroom
above the reconstructed area.
The Zoning Administrator called the meeting to order.
It was noted that the applicant/property owner was not present, and there were no
additional members of the public present.
The public hearing was thereby opened and closed at 10:46 a.m.
The Zoning Administrator stated she had reviewed the staff report and conditions of
approval and had no concerns at this time.
The Zoning Administrator did note for the record that the plot plan appeared to be
different than the given elevations, and that it would need to be looked at during
plan check. No changes were made to the conditions of approval.
The Zoning Administrator approved Zoning Administrator Action (ZAA) 2013-
011 thereby approving Design Review 2013-013 and Minor Adjustment 2013-
005.

The date of the next meeting of the Zoning Administrator will be scheduled
when items are set for hearing.
