BINSACK, DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT SUBJECT: CTIONS: ZONING ADMINISTRATOR MEETING, DECEMBER 16, 2013 Pursuant to Tustin City Code Section 9294a, any person may appeal any decision of the Zoning Administrator by filing a written notice within ten (10) calendar days of the Zoning Administrator's action; however; due to the holidays, the appeal period has been extended to January 2, 2014. This notice of actions taken by the Zoning Administrator is being transmitted to the City Council and Planning Commission prior to the end of the appeal period. On December 16, 2013, the Zoning Administrator took the following action(s): Agenda Item Action 1. CUP 2013 -15 —Crunch Fitness Adopted Zoning Administrator A request to establish and operate a fitness center Action No. 13 -013 (Attached) located within an existing 16,520 square -foot tenant space. RECOMMENDATION: That the Zoning Administrator adopt Zoning Administrator Action No. 13 -013 approving Conditional Use Permit 2013 -15 to establish and operate a fitness center within an existinp 16,520 square -foot tenant space located at 520 E. 15 Street, Suite 5028.
