RECOMMENDATION: 1. Confirm the attached appointments as recommended by the Mayor; and Adopt FPPC Form 806: Agency Report of Public Official Appointments and direct staff to post on the City's website. FISCAL IMPACT: None. BACKGROUND: Mayor Murray has requested that this item be placed on the agenda to confirm appointments to the City and Regional committees on which members of the City Council will serve. Attached is the list of committees and agencies requiring appointments and the representative assigned by Mayor Murray. The Fair Political Practices Commission requires that Form 806 be posted on the City's website to report additional compensation that officials receive when appointing themselves to positions on other committees, boards or commissions of another public agency or position of the agency of which the public official is a member.
