(roll call BACKGROUND' · The following Ordinance No. 1191 had first reading and introduction at the November 3, 1997 City Council meeting: ORDINANCE NO. 1191 - AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING ZONE CHANGE 97-002 TO AMEND SECTION 2.0 AND EXHIBIT I OF THE JAMBOREE PLAZA DISTRICT REGULATIONS TO MODIFY THE PLANNING AREA BOUNDARIES WITHIN THE JAMBOREE PLAZA DEVELOPMENT LOCATED ON THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF EDINGER AVENUE AND JAMBOREE ROAD Valerie Crabill Chief Deputy City Clerk ORDINANCE NO. 1191 EXHIBIT A AMENDMENTS TO JAMBOREE PLAZA DISTRICT REGULATIONS 2.0 STATISTICAL SUMMARY/LAND USE DESIGNATIONS There are four (4) separate land use categories provided within the Jamboree Plaza Planned Community.
