REGULAR MEETING OF THE TUSTIN COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA
OCTOBER 20, 1997
CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called 'to order by Chair Thomas at 8:58 p.m. at the Council
Chambers, 300 Centennial Way, Tustin, California.

REGULAR BUSINESS' (ITEMS I THROUGH 3)
1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES r OCTOBER 6, 1997 REGULAR MEETING
It was moved by Potts, seconded by Worley, to approve the Redevelopment
Agency Minutes of October 6, 19'97.
Motion carried 5-0.
APPROVAL OF DEMANDS
It was moved by Potts, seconded by Worle¥, to approve Demands in the
amount of $931,619.39.
Motion carried 5-0.
PUBLIC HEARING: RESOLUTION OF NECESSITY TO ACQUIRE REAL PROPERTY AT
191-195 MAIN STREET BY EMINENT DOMAIN
christine Shingleton, Assistant Executive Director, reported that on May
22, 1997, the Agency made an offer to June Perfit, the property owner,
to purchase property located at 191-195 Main Street; the amount of the
offer was equal to the fair market appraisal of the property; to date,
the property owner had not responded to the offer; public interest and
