Re: Cedar Grove Park
Dear Ed:
As requested, I am supplying information regarding the
injury accident at approximately one o'clock yesterday.
Our employee, Guillermo Flores was in .the process of
installing roof sheeting on the restroom'building roof, a
task he .has performed many times, when he fell through a
skylight opening. Manual Solis, who was working at ground
level, rushed to the fire station, alerting paramedics, who
responded imediately.
Mr. Flores was transported to Western Medical Center at 1001
N. Tustin Avenue, Santa Ama, CA 92705, and is at present in
the Critical Care Unit.
Reports were taken by both the Fire Department and Tustin
Police.
We are still gathering information ourselves but will update
yo_u regularly. F'%_
Sincerely: ~
