HomeMy WebLinkAboutRDA 01 MINUTES 07-21-97 RDA NO. 1 7-21-97 MINUTES REGULAR MEETING OF THE TUSTIN COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA JULY 7, 1997 CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order by Chair Thomas at 8:19 p.m. at the Council Chambers, 300 Centennial Way, Tustin, California. ROLL CALL Members Present: Jeffery M. Thomas, Chair Thomas R. Senior Personnel Analyst Approximately 45 in the audience REGULAR BUSINESS (ITEMS i THROUGH 3) 1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - JUNE 16, 1997 REGULAR MEETING · · It was moved by Potts, seconded by Worley, to approve the Redevelopment Agency Minutes of June 16, 1997. Motion carried 5-0. APPROVAL OF DEMANDS It was moved by Potts, seconded by Worley, to approve Demands in the amount of $45,661.20. Motion carried 5-0. AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR THE DEMOLITION OF THE CASE SWAYNE BUILDING, 1021 EDINGER AVENUE (CIP NO. 700131 DEMO) It was moved by Potts, seconded by Worley, to award a contract to William Olson-in the amount of $47,000.00 for the demolition of the vacant warehouse building located at 1021 Edinger Avenue owned by the Tustin Community Redevelopment Agency. OTHER BUSINESS - None CLOSED SESSION - None ADJOURNMENT Chair Thomas adjourned the meeting at 8:19 p.m. The next regular meeting of the Redevelopment Agency was scheduled for Monday, July 21, 1997, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at 300 Centennial Way.
