APPROVAL OF MINUTES - JUNE 16, 1997 REGULAR MEETING Recommendation: Approve the Redevelopment Agency Minutes of June 1 6, 1997. 2. APPROVAL OF DEMANDS Recommendation: Approve Demands in the amount of $45,661.20. m AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR THE DEMOLITION OF THE CASE SWAYNE BUILDING, 1021 EDINGER AVENUE (CIP NO. 700131 DEMO) In response to the Agency's call for bids, William Olson has submitted the Iow bid in the amount of $47,000.00 for the demolition and disposal of the vacant warehouse building located at 1021 Edinger Avenue on property previously purchased by the Agency in conjunction with the Newport Avenue Extension Project. Recommendation: Award a contract to William Olson in the amount of $47,000.00 for the demolition of the vacant warehouse building located at 1021 Edinger Avenue owned by the Tustin Community Redevelopment Agency as recommended by the Redevelopment Agency staff. OTHER BUSINESS CLOSED SESSION- None ADJOURNMENT- The next regular meeting of the Redevelopment Agency is scheduled for Monday, July 21, 1997, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at 300 Centennial Way.
