MINUTES
REGULAR MEETING OF THE TUSTIN COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA
MAY 19, 1997
CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Chair Thomas at 8:00 p.m. at the
Council Chambers, 300 Centennial Way, Tustin, California.

REGULAR BUSINESS ( ITEMS I THROUGH 3 )
1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - MAY 5, 1997 REGULAR MEETING
It was moved by Potts, seconded by Worley, to approve the
Redevelopment Agency Minutes of May 5, 1997.
Motion carried 5-0.
2. APPROVAL OF DEMANDS
It was moved by Potts, seconded by Worley, to approve Demands in the
amount of $463,366.88.
Motion carried 5-0.
3. AUTHORIZATION FOR CONTRACT FOR FIRST TIME HOMEBUYERS PROGRAM
It was moved by Potts, seconded by Worle¥, to authorize the Assistant
City Manager to execute a consultant services contract with U.S.E..
Community Services, Inc. for the administration of the City's First-
Time, Down Payment Assistance Homebuyers Program.
Motion carried 5-0.

ADJOURNMENT
Chair Thomas adjourned the meeting at 8:00 p.m. The next regular meeting
of the Redevelopment Agency was scheduled for Monday, June 2, 1997, at
7'00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at 300 Centennial Way.
