National Register but is still of local interest.
The City of Tustin Histor cal Resources Survey (1990) described the site as follows:

Headquarters.
The proposed facade changes include the following:

Z Demolish, remove and replace the existing window;

Designated Cultural Resources within the District in that the proposed facade
improvements will improve, compliment and maintain the historic facade
through the use of decorative elements like wood trim, comer moldings,
complimentary brick veneer and false sidelights which are details that define
and compliment the building's architectural style.
(b) The proposed modification will retain the essential elements which make the
structure, site or feature culturally significant.

(b) The proposed work does not adversely affect the character of the district or
Designated Cultural Resources within the district.
The proposed facade improvements create an attractive and inviting entry to the
existing establishment and will create an improved appearance that is

harmony shall be evaluated in terms of appropriateness of materials, scale,
size, height, placement and use of a new building or structure in relationship to
existing buildings and structures and the surrounding setting.
