MIDTERM REVIEW AND PUBLIC HEARING ON SECOND
FIVE-YEAR IMPLEMENTATION PLAN
Mayor Worley opened the public hearing at 8:10 p.m.
There were no speakers on the subject and the public
hearing was closed.
It was moved by Davert, seconded by Thomas, to approve
Item No. 1.
Motion carried 5-0.

MEETING
It was moved by Thomas, seconded by Davert to approve
the Redevelopment Agency Minutes of December 2, 2002
and December 9, 2002.
Motion carried 5-0.
2001-2002 ANNUAL REPORT
It was moved by Davert, seconded by Kawashima, to 1)
Receive and file an annual report of housing activity for
2001-2002; and 2) Direct that a copy of an annual report of
housing activity for 2001-2002 and all reporting documents
and forms be filed with the State Controller and State
Department of Housing and Community Development.
Motion carried 5-0.
AMENDMENT TO THE PRELIMINARY PLAN FOR THE
MCAS TUSTIN REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT,
AUTHORIZING THE PREPARATION OF THE
PRELIMINARY REPORT, AND AUTHORIZING THE
TRANSMITTAL OF INFORMATION TO TAXING
AGENCIES AND OFFICIALS
It was moved by Davert, seconded by Kawashima, to
approve the following Resolution No. RDA 02-4, approving
the Amendment to the Preliminary Plan for the MCAS Tustin
Redevelopment Project and authorizing and directing the
transmittal of information required by Sections 33327 and
33328 of the Health and Safety Code:
RESOLUTION NO. RDA 02-4 - A RESOLUTION OF THE
TUSTIN COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF
THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE
AMENDMENT TO THE PRELIMINARY PLAN FOR THE
MCAS TUSTIN REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT
Motion carried 5-0.
CHAIR AND CHAIR PRO TEM SELECTION
It was moved by Davert, seconded by Thomas, to nominate
Chair Pro Tem Worley as Chair and Agency Member
Kawashima as Chair Pro Tem.

ADJOURNMENT - Chair Worley adjourned the meeting at 8:10 p.m. The next regular meeting
of the Redevelopment Agency was scheduled for Monday, January 6, 2003, at 7:00 p.m. in the
Council Chamber at 300 Centennial Way.
