SPA 2014 -001 would not increase the overall development potential or residential capacity of, the MCAS Tustin Specific Plan. No additional environmental impacts would occur from approval of the project. Many of the proposed park related uses for PA 1 are often associated with the school uses I currently permitted in PA 1. ACTION On October 14, 2014, the Planning Commission recommended Council approve Specific Plan Amendment 2014 -001. R That the City Council introduce and have firs reading of Ordinance No. 1450, approving .14 Specific Plan Amendment (SPA) 2014 -001 and amending Section 3.3.2 (Planning Area 1) of the MCAS Tustin Specific Plan district regulations by adding park related uses as permitted uses within Planning Area 1 of the MCAS Tustin Specific Plan, and set a second reading for the next City Council meeting. ,� 'S
