ANNUAL REQUALIFICATION RESOLUTION
RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the Tustin City Council, at their meeting of
July 6, 1992 adopt the attached resolution informing the Orange
County Combined Transportation Funding Programs Advisory Committee
of the status of the City of Tustin Master Plan of Arterial
Highways (MPAH).
BACKGROUND
OCCTFP policy requires each City participating in OCCTFP programs
to adopt a resolution each year to affirm that the City's Master
Plan of Arterial Highways (MPAH) is in conformance with the
County' s, and that the City has adequate setback and 1 imited access
provisions to protect the integrity of the Arterial Highway System.
DISCUSSION
The attached resolution outlines the following:
A) That the City of Tustin's MPAH is in conformance with
that of adjacent agencies and Orange County.
B) That the City of Tustin has adopted a uniform setback
ordinance to protect ultimate arterial right of way.
C) That the City of Tustin has adopted provisions to limit
access to the arterial highway system in order to protect
the integrity of the system.

RESOLUTION NO. 92-88
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN,
CALIFORNIA, INFORMING THE ORANGE COUNTY COMBINED
TRANSPORTATION FUNDING PROGRAMS ADVISORY COMMITTEE OF THE
STATUS OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN MASTER PLAN OF ARTERIAL HIGHWAYS
WHEREAS, the City of Tustin -has 'a Master Plan of Arterial
Highways, and;
WHEREAS, the Orange County Combined Transportation' Funding
Programs require annual requalification of participating cities in
said programs.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Cit
of Tustin as follows:
Section 1: That the Orange County Combined Transportation
Funding Programs Advisory Committee be, and here is, informed that
the City of Tustin's Master Plan of Arterial Highways is mutually
satisfactory and in conformance with those of its adjacent
governmental jurisdictions and the County of Orange.
Section 2: -The City of Tustin had adopted Zoning Ordinance
No. 157, as amended, requiring setbacks to protect ultimate.

has adopted Subdivision Ordinance No. 651, as amended, which
provides for limitation of access to the arterial highway system.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Tustin held on the 6th day of July, 1992.
