APPROVAL OF MINUTES - JUNE 15, 1992 REGULAR MEETING Recommendation: Approve the Redevelopment Agency Minutes of June 15, 1992. 4. APPROVAL OF DEMANDS Recommendation: Approve Demands in the amount of $763,476.73. S. DESIGN REVIEW 92-028; APPLICANT - JOHN ROSE The applicant requests authorization to construct a 940 square foot room addition including a garage 'to an existing single-family residence located at 14101 "C" Street. Recommendation: Approve Design Review 92-028 by adopting the following Resolution No. RDA 92-8, as submitted or revised, as recommended by the Community Development Department: RESOLUTION NO. RDA 92-8 - A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING DESIGN REVIEW 92-028 AUTHORIZING THE CONSTRUCTION OF A 940 SQUARE FOOT ROOM ADDITION ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 14101 "C" STREET 6. DESIGN REVIEW 92-021; APPLICANT - STEPHEN D. PAQUETTE Design Review 92-021 authorizes modifications to the parking lot layout, installation of landscape improvements, and construction of new east elevations for a fire damaged structure on the property located at 135 South Prospect Avenue. Recommendation: Approve Design Review 92-021 by adopting the following Resolution No. RDA 92-7, as submitted or revised, as recommended by the Community Development Department: RESOLUTION NO. RDA 92-7 - A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING DESIGN REVIEW 92-021 AUTHORIZING MODIFICATIONS TO THE PARKING IAT LAYOUT, INSTALLATION OF LANDSCAPE IMPROVEMENTS AND CONSTRUCTION OF NEW EAST ELEVATIONS FOR A FIRE DAMAGED STRUCTURE ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 135 SOUTH PROSPECT AVENUE 7. DESIGN REVIEW 92-034 - APPLICANT, GARY CLARK The applicant is requesting approval to install canvas awnings on the commercial property located at 13022 and 13024 Newport Avenue at the southeast corner of Newport Avenue and Old Irvine Boulevard. RDA 92-10 - A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING DESIGN REVIEW 92-034 AUTHORIZING CONSTRUCTION OF AWNINGS AT THE COMMERCIAL STRUCTURE LOCATED AT 13022 AND 13024 NEWPORT AVENUE DESIGN REVIEW 92-009 - APPLICANT, CARL'S JR. The applicant is requesting approval to construct outdoor play equipment within a landscaped area between the restaurant and drive- through lane at 14041 Newport Avenue. Recommendation: Approve Design Review 92-009 by adopting the following Resolution No. RDA 92-9, as submitted or revised, as recommended by the Community Development Department: RESOLUTION NO. RDA 92-9 - A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING DESIGN REVIEW 92-009 AUTHORIZING CONSTRUCTION OF OUTDOOR PLAY EQUIPMENT AT THE CARL'S JR. RESTAURANT LOCATED AT 14041 NEWPORT AVENUE WORKSHOP ON USE OF REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY HOUSING SET-ASIDE FUNDS As requested by the Agency, a workshop was programmed into the scope of work related to the strategy program for the use of future South Central and Town Center Redevelopment Project area housing set-aside funds to allow the consultant an opportunity to share background information with the Agency and to discuss alternate program options. Recommendation: Schedule a workshop on August 17, 1992, as recommended by the Community Development.Department. OTHER BUSINESS ADJOURNMENT The next regular meeting of the Redevelopment Agency is scheduled for Monday, July 20, 1992, 7:00 p.m., at the Tustin Area Senior Center.
