Motion carried 5-0. Commissioner Weil moved Kasalek seconded to approve Design Review 92-018 by adopting Resolution No. 3044, revised as follows: - Exhibit A, change last sentence in item #3.6 to read: "Prior to issuance of building permits, a photometric study will and be the required be to ensure that no direct light rays extend y site boundaries." Add a new item #3.13 "A wall, adequate in height to screen the cart staging area, shall be provided parallel to the main building wall and outside of the pee wallashall be ysubject specific height, location and design of th to review and approval of the Community Development Department." Change first sentence in item #5.4 to read: "All shopping carts must be stored in designated cart areas during business hours." Motion carried 5-0. 5. Presentation: Becky Stone, Assistant Planner Commissioner Le Jeune moved, Rasparian seconded to approve sign Code Exception 92-001 by adopting Resolution No. 30451 as submitted. Motion carried 5-0. STAFF CONCERNS: 7. Report on actions taken at June 1, 1992 City Council meeting Staff reported on the subject agenda. Planning Commission Action Agenda June 8, 1992 Page 6 COMMISSION CONCERNS: Commissioner Le Jeune -Commented on Chili cook -off. Good turn -out next year. Consider emphasis on beer signs. Commissioner Kasalek -Thanked staff on undergrounding information. Asked what criteria staff uses for prioritizing. -Petition to close L Colina before Tustin Ranch. Asked if County goes to Tustin with a potential problem. Staff responded has only heard rumors regarding petition -Peppertree Homeowners Association won awards at Chili Cook - off Commissioner Baker -Thanked and complimented staff regarding K -Mart project ADJOURNMENT: Commissioner Le Jeune moved, Weil seconded to adjourn the meeting at 9:47 p.m. Motion carried 5-0.
