Commissioner Weil moved Kasalek seconded to approve Design Review
92-018 by adopting Resolution No. 3044, revised as follows: -

Commissioner Le Jeune
-Commented on Chili cook -off. Good turn -out next year.
Consider emphasis on beer signs.
Commissioner Kasalek
-Thanked staff on undergrounding information. Asked what
criteria staff uses for prioritizing.
-Petition to close L Colina before Tustin Ranch. Asked if
County goes to Tustin with a potential problem.
Staff responded has only heard rumors regarding petition
-Peppertree Homeowners Association won awards at Chili Cook -
off

-Thanked and complimented staff regarding K -Mart project

at 9:47 p.m. Motion carried 5-0.
The next regular meeting of the Planning Commission is on June 22,
1992 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 300 Centennial Way,
