Recommendation: Approve the Redevelopment Agency Minutes of June 1,
1992.
APPROVAL OF DEMANDS
Recommendation: Approve Demands in the amount of $24,060.96.
REQUEST FOR ASSISTANCE IN ACQUISITION OF REAL PROPERTY AT THE
SOUTHWEST CORNER OF NEWPORT AVENUE AND IRVINE BOULEVARD
At the City Council meeting on June 1, 1992, Mr. Rich Condon,
representing Remax Goldenwest Realty, appeared before the City Council
and requested Redevelopment Agency financial assistance for his
clients in the acquisition of certain property located at the
southwest corner of Newport Avenue and Irvine Boulevard.
Recommendation: Pleasure of the City Council.
INDEPENDENT TESTING LAB AND ASBESTOS CONSULTANT - TUSTIN CIVIC CENTER
EXPANSION/RENOVATION
During their meeting of August 5, 1991, the Redevelopment Agency
retained Wyman Testing Laboratories to perform the certified
inspection and material testing for the Civic Center expansion
project. Staff concurs with Wyman' s request to approve a change order
to their original contract in the amount of $13,250.00.
Recommendation: Authorize a change order in the amount of $13,250.00
to extend contract services previously awarded to Wyman Testing
Laboratories, subject to the Executive Director's approval of all
contractual documents as recommended by the Community Development
Department.

ADJOURNMENT
The next regular meeting of the Redevelopment Agency is scheduled for
Monday, July 6, 1992, at 7:00 p.m., at the Tustin Area Senior Center.
