CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA
MAY 18, 1992
CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Pro Tem Potts at 8:40
p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 300 Centennial Way, Tustin,
California.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES - MAY 4 REGULAR MEETING
It was moved by Puckett, seconded by Saltarelli, to approve the
Redevelopment Agency Minutes of May 4, 1992.
Motion carried 4-0, Pontious absent.
APPROVAL OF DEMANDS
It was moved by Puckett, seconded by Saltarelli, to approve Demands
in the amount of $96,591.78.
Motion carried 4-0. Pontious absent.
DESIGN REVIEW 91-50 (15491 PASADENA AVENUE)
Christine Shingleton, Assistant Executive Director, reported that
this project was in the Redevelopment area requiring final design
review approval by the Agency. She stated this property had been
impacted by Caltrans' freeway widening and the proposed project would
replace conditions that existed prior to the widening.
It was moved by Thomas, seconded by Saltarelli, to approve .Design
Review 91-50 by adopting the following Resolution No. RDA 92-05:

RESOLUTION NO. RDA 92-05 - A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING
DESIGN REVIEW 91-50 FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF TWELVE (12) GARAGES,
THREE (3) PARKING SPACES AND SITE IMPROVEMENTS AT THE APARTMENT
COMPLEX LOCATED AT 15491 PASADENA AVENUE
Motion carried 4-0, Pontious absent.
6. STATUS REPORT - CIVIC CENTER EXPANSION PROJECT
It was moved by Puckett, seconded by Thomas, to receive and file
subject report.
Motion carried 4-0, Pontious absent.
7. OTHER BUSINESS - None
S. ADJOURNMENT
Chairperson Pro Tem Potts adjourned the meeting at 8:45 p.m. The
next regular meeting of the Redevelopment Agency was scheduled for
Monday, June 1, 1992, at 7:00 p.m.
